Case Study: Shopping heaven for mechanics…
The rapidly growing Autocrew garage scheme run by Bosch and EuroCarParts needed a simple method of ensuring the members could order their branded, personalised printed and promotional items.
Severn Cross Media provides a secure on-line shop for the members. The shop carries printed branded items that can be personalised on-line along with stock items ready for call off such as service records sheets.
Autocrew member garages are provided with bespoke printed items under the scheme. A-frame posters, specialist vouchers and leaflets have all been provided. The member garages have the artwork prepared using the data held and updated from the central record. Severn then co-ordinates the artwork approvals on-line and then prints and despatches the order.
Case Study: Online support for local businesses
A group of businesses in the Bristol Road area of Gloucester decided that they needed to work together to build a stronger business community. The only list of businesses available was an out of date list compiled by a business owner. The group knew that it must use this list but how to update it?
Severn Cross Media took on the challenge by e-mailing the list and mailing a printed invitation to the event using the old data. This data was shown on the reply card portion enabling the recipient to correct it and return. The recipient could post or they could use a QR code on the card and access their own secure personalised web page (PURL) and edit their details and also accept or decline the invitation.
The businesses were e-mailed with reminders and follow ups to the meeting while also a text reminder on the day of the event.
The result was an excellent turnout and the beginning of a series of on-going meetings of the Business Group.
