Severnprint On-Line means you can
do business with Severnprint at any time of the day or on any day
simply and easily through this site. The idea is you set up items that you use frequently in the course of running your business (many On-Line customers start with their business cards). These items are displayed On-Line on a secure password protected site. Users of your part of the site are authorised by you to amend or order their cards. They can change any aspect of the cards – the logo or the details in each field. The one thing that they cannot change is the overall style of the card (so it always remains ‘corporate’). The proof is displayed on screen and they can print it out before approving it for print. On approval they forward the order on-line completing all the required order and delivery details. You may configure On-Line to allow users to order directly or through an administrator. Business cards are not the only items – postcards, spec. sheets, simple data sheets or fact sheets are ideal for On-Line as they can be prepared immediately. Simply select the item from the range on view, make the changes, add pictures and logos (you may select new and fresh pictures directly from this web site - to see the picture library click here). On completion a high quality PDF will be sent to Severnprint for printing – either digitally or by litho. A further hard copy proof can be supplied if required. The system is ideal for organisations operating from many distinct offices or branches. Previously ordering was a slow cumbersome process and proofing took equally as much effort.
