Digital Printing

Digital printing is the fast and economical way to produce print items in low quantities. The quantity can be from just one copy.

Severnprint has a new addition to the digital press room. A new colour press arrived in late 2010. Along with the other three colour digital and a high speed black and white machine this gives us the ability to handle many digital print jobs at the same time.

All of these presses were selected for their exceptional print quality and consistency of colour calibration and crucially their good environmental specification with low electricity consumption, low fuser temperature and low emissions.

The black and white press is linked to a booklet maker on-line. This makes the production of simple multi page booklets in small quantities a cost effective option. In 2009 it was upgraded from its 2008 spec with the addition of a high capacity feed and delivery allowing for prolonged use on longer jobs.

The important colour calibration and colour print technology in the colour press enables the accurate high quality printing of art postcards, brochures and quality print items not normally trusted to a digital press.

Direct Mail

Each item can be personalised by using a mailing list. Design your mailer and we can add the name and address as we print.

Business Cards

When new employees start it's often a couple of weeks before they are allocated a direct dial or email address. Digital business cards can be an interim measure including their name, title and the main switch board telephone number.

Newsletters

Digital print is great for producing low quantities of newsletters. Whether it be a monthly or quarterly publication the quick and efficient way to produce it is on our digital press.

Self Mailers

These combine the best of short run litho quality print with the advantage of personalisation enabling addressed items to be printed ready for mailing.

There are of course a number of other options from greetings cards to invitations as well as posters and menus, the only limit is your imagination...
