Genuine responsible forest management

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is the only certification system to offer genuine certainty about responsible forest management. 

Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) provides a form of independent certification, which recognises that the paper used, comes from traceable and sustainable sources from well-managed forest. Severnprint was one of the first printers in the UK to become FSC certified.

In addition to the reassurance it offers to our customers about the origins of the paper Severnprint is allowed to print the FSC logo along with our chain of custody number on each printed item.

The FSC certification has also been extended to cover recycled papers and is a useful way of endorsing the recycled content of a paper. The percentage of recycled paper is included in the logo.
